The little blue capacitors are rated for 2500 Volts and provide a snubber function for damping out momentary spikes on the high voltage output of the OBC. i have replaced those with larger sized caps rated at 6000 volt.

The fat black capacitor is rated 310 VAC and provides filtering on the AC input side before entering the rectifier bridge. That one doesn't typically fail, so the reason for failure should be determined before replacing, otherwise it may just fail again.

So you have damage from possibly 2 different events. Maybe lightning or surge on the AC input side, and maybe the 20A MCU fuse blew on the output side.

What is the history and story of the failure onset and the installation of the circuit breaker in the MCU?
