Hey, Phximiev, that's a questionable ad for a Leaf, not an i-MiEV! I just checked, and in the San Francisco Bay Area Craig's List there are 632 Leaf (or Leaf-related) ads whereas there is only one i-MiEV ad (white/blue SE Premium for $7K). Strange click-bait ads are common on Craig's List.
EVs: 2 Wht/Blu SE Prem., '13 Tesla MS85, 3 156v CorbinSparrows (2 Li-ion), 24v EcoScoot(LiFePO4)

OK, so I called them and it appears quite legit. $19 per month lease for a Model S with quick charge and 30 kWh pack.

Its an additional $16 per month for 15,000 miles per year.

Ah. When you said "Model S", I thought you meant Tesla. I see you mean the S trim of the LEAF.

Whilst charging the 'Miev at the Nissan dealer today, we met a lady who had just purchased a 2012 Leaf just off lease with just over 30k miles for $4,700 OTD. Nissan had also just replaced the traction battery and put on new tires.
