Hi all

My radio has been completely blocked due to too many incorrect codes that I entered. Is there any simple way to unlock the system? I just need to go back to the state when the radio is asking for a code(already have a right one).

I have the same problem did you manage to find a solution, dealer is a waste of time ????? :roll:
 
It depends on the unit manufacturer but many will reset or clear allowing you to enter your correct code. Once the radio has been disconnected from power for a few hours or more (even a full day) and then powered back up.

Did anyone work out a solution to being locked out of the radio?
When I bought a second hand Peugeot Ion the Car Radio was locked out, with "System blocked" on the screen.
Nothing happens when I press any of the buttons and sadly, disconnecting the radio for a day didn't solve the problem :(

Any suggestions on what to do? I would rather not pay lots of money to a dealer.
