Chargin noise normal?

I finally have my MiEV and am loving it it is such a fun little car and a big head turner!

One of my first concerns is a noise that it makes when charging. After plugging the car in it makes the fan sound for a short burst of time and then stops (I believe this is normal). After that it randomly makes a "liquidy" sound off and on throughout the charging process. Has anyone else experienced this trickling water type sound and is this normal? Just wondering if I should be concerned and take it in to have this checked out or if it is normal.

The charger, the inverter and the motor are all liquid cooled - There is a small radiator with a fan and a pump to move the coolant. It's normal to hear these run when charging and you'll also hear them sometimes when you're driving the car
