First Mitsubishi iMiev in Australia

A Northern Beaches business, called Solar Choice is the first buyer in Australia to order the Mitsubishi i-Miev. The Mitsubishi i-Miev is the first mass produced electric vehicle in the country.

Solar Choice says the company bought the Mitsubishi i-Miev to lead by example. The managing director says Solar Choice wants to encourage people to take up low-emissions driving.

The Mitsubishi i-Miev cost Solar Choice $58,000AU with added extras.

I think mine was the first of the for-sale I-MIEVs to be purchased in Australia (happy to be proven otherwise, though).

It was registered on 27/09/2011.

Ocean blue.

It's in use every day and still going strong. Absolutely love it!
