Mitsubishi i-Miev in Australia

The Mitsubishi i-Miev was launched in September and there have only been ten buyers since then. I wonder if this is a supply problem, or if there really is only that much demand for the Mitsubishi i-Miev in Australia?

Since the Mitsubishi i-Miev has been selling in Japan and other parts of the world for almost 2 years, I can't imagine that it is a supply problem.

I guess Australia isn't as small car and electric vehicle crazy as Europe is? The Mitsubishi i-Miev is now in 15 European countries, with requests from 4 more countries to Mitsubishi to introduce the i-Miev electric car.
