The Czech Republic Ministry of The Environment website: See:  http://www.mzp.cz/en/

Out of curiosity, after seeing the Czech Republic website, I posed questions as to the number of electric cars in the Czech Republic and by type, whether there was an electric car association, and the number of and location of charging stations and quickly received the following response:

_________
We have around 1000 E-mobiles and 250 charging stations in CZ, but we expecting rapid increasing of E-mobiles because on November of 2015 Czech government confirm National Strategy of Clean mobility which contains financial support purchasing E-mobiles and charging infrastructure as well. In 2016 we count with state financial support for companies and municipalities and to the future with support of natural person (households). For more information contact Mr. Marusinec - +420 603 231 785,  [email protected]. http://www.asep.cz/   from Association of Electro Industry.

Best Regards

After clicking on the asep link, I noted the picture of an iMiev at the top, but can’t read the rest because of the language. Can anyone interpret this and is any member of the forum here a member of the Association of Electro Industry?

I did ask Mr. Marusinec (by email), if they had an English version link, which I will post if and when I hear back.

Why the interest in the Czech Republic? If you're thinking of moving there with your iMiEV, you'd better order Rosetta Stone and start boning up on the lingo

LOL, I just have too much time on my hands and tend to 'surf' as a result. Anything that looks like it might be related to an i-Miev is of interest!
