Received an email today from Mitsubishi:

Your order has been placed and production of your Mitsubishi i will start soon.
If you're thinking of adding any optional accessories—like fog lights, parking assist sensors, or a cool, blue LED illumination package—please call or visit your preferred Mitsubishi dealer. And, as always, feel free to contact us with any questions at all.

Gee I guess I'll have to call up Cutter Mitsubishi tomorrow and see how much the cool blue LED illumination package costs! sounds fun!

Thanks for keeping us updated on your experience with Cutter Mitsubishi on your 'i' purchase. Do let us know what the extra cost's are for your optional choices you made.

Like I said, I dont need all the bells & whistles but it would be nice to have the 'i' interior in the Brown color in the ES instead of black. I'd love to have the Fog lights but it's not necessary here on Kauai like it is in Big Island Hawaii - I know the cold air in Hilo side & vog does make visibility hard.

Navigation is not needed on Kauai. I don't care to have all the extra sound system things to take up my battery use or any other electronics besides the A/C. Gotta have the A/C.

Alloy wheels I think would make the 'i' a little more efficient as it's lighter in weight versus the steel wheels.

The option to have that quick charging on the ES would be nice.
