Re: Cabin Air Filters

What are the exact dimensions?

This might be a horrible idea... but I might be able to find a suitable air filter at Home Depot. You know, the kind that you put in a regular household air handler?

Re: Clipper Creek Level 2 charger deal.

Ok, I used my lunch break to do some testing and even took some video footage of it. Clipper Creeks seem to work fine withe Remote after patch. :D (Now to figure out what the hell is going on with my Wattstation! :x ) First Video isn't great quality, it's a dark parking garage at my office, car was ...

Re: Clipper Creek Level 2 charger deal.

As for the update and it's effects, as of right now i'm plugged into a Clipper Creek. I tried operating the Remote while sitt...

I'm also a fan of the design. I don't know why, I just like it. My wife and I call the car "Hamster Ball".

Nah, it's all good. I didn't think you we're harsh, I'm glad you could clear up this misinformation. If i'm going to try to inform people about something, then it's my responsibility to be accurate, and failing that, it's my responsibility to graciously accept corrections. I certainly don't want to ...

Clipper Creek Level 2 charger deal.

I know we've recently had a pretty large influx of new i-MiEV owners showing up, so I figured I'd share this bit of news. Looks like Clipper Creek is offering a "March Madness" sale

Re: Battery life and 93 miles to go??

One more thing: Our battery cells have a max voltage of 4.25, Mitsubishi limits them, allowing each of the 88 cells to only charge to 3.95. They outsmarted us. It's actually impossible to overcharge your pack. You can safely charge as much and as often as you like. This car has been in the "rea...

Re: Battery life and 93 miles to go??

I'm about to turn 19k miles on my i. Had it since January of 2012. I charge often and have seen ZERO degradation in range. It's a great car, built to run for a long time. Mitsubishi was smart about the design, yes we have less single charge range than the competition, but our underlying engineering ...
