. . . . and triple the horsepower, yet it weighs only 200 pounds more than a stock S2K!!

I initially thought with 2X the Volt battery capacity, all it's sports car handling must be gone, but . . .

Re: Observations and Questions about a high mileage battery

I agree. Since you're still within the 100K mile, 10 year battery warranty, there's just the off chance they may decide to do something with it - Certainly worth a try!

Re: 2014 i-miev with quick charge

Most all new car warranties are easily transferable to subsequent owners. The 3 year, 36K Basic warranty is probably gone, but the 5 year, 60K power train warranty is likely still in force and for sure the 10 year, 100K battery warranty is still in effect. All warranties begin whenever the vehicle i...

Re: 2014 i-miev with quick charge

I agree - It's always nice to pay less ;) I bought our second '12 for $8700 with 3K miles on it 4 years ago - It was like new in every way . . . . and less than 1/3ed of what we paid for our first one when we bought it new I do like buying ultra low miles cars a few years old. 1MiEV's with less than...

Re: Need a longer range ev

Re: Imiev tyres

For the lowest rolling resistance, longest range, best tire life, it's pretty hard to beat the OEM Dunlops that came on the car - Price is another matter though . . . . they are pretty expensive, no matter where you buy them

Re: Mitsu Tech said I set car to not charge on Mondays

Make sure that the 12V Aux battery is not worn out or old--a fresh 12V is cheap insurance to get you through the winter. A weak or old 12V can cause a multitude of issues with Electric Vehicles... Good Luck to you Excellent point - I should have mentioned that. A weak 12 volt battery is probably to...
