Re: Mitsu Stock USB or aftermarket stereo?

I've looked thru old threads looking for how to remove the trim around the radio and can't find anything. Does anyone know how or could point to an old post?

Thanks!

Re: Mitsu Stock USB or aftermarket stereo?

Also reviews say that the Bluetooth works very well on this unit so that's another bonus - I'd like to talk on the phone and have it sound good to the person on the other side, and hear the audio thru my speakers.

Re: Mitsu Stock USB or aftermarket stereo?

I don't have a factory USB port. I'd have to get one installed. That's the whole thing. I could put that money towards the stereo. Plus I want to be able to play anything from my iphone like youtube or anything else. Or from any other device thru the 3.5mm port also.

Re: Mitsu Stock USB or aftermarket stereo?

Thanks Don. After thinking about it more I'm leaning toward replacing the unit. Seems like I can buy a whole new stereo for that price and get something much nicer. Here is what I'm thinking: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_113DPX793B/Kenwood-Excelon-DPX793BH.html Dash kit: https://www.amazon.com/11-2...

Re: Shore Trip

I felt like the car wanted to go between 33 and 42 efficiently. 25 may be a good idea if you are running way low and need to extend the range but it's just too slow on some roads and as you say, not way more efficient...I agree. I just calculated my times. It took me 142 minutes driving straight thr...

Mitsu Stock USB or aftermarket stereo?

I read thru the old threads regarding USB. I am wondering if anyone has confirmed that the stock USB does more than just charge. Specifically, I would like it to play anything on my iPhone thru the radio. I have a 2017 stock radio (not the navigation system). I can switch it to USB when I hit the CD...

Re: Adapters

I'm going camping next month. The site says they have 30A connections at my tent site. On this page, I see a note that says that these connections are 30A 120V. http://cosmacelf.net/Home%20Made%20Adapters.pdf So just verifying, this will not be any benefit over a 20A 120v 5-15 outlet correct? Becaus...
