Welcome to the forum. Where are you located? Does your car have the Chademo charge port? That is a very interesting experiment you are doing, please share how you get this resolved. You may want to look thru the forum on previous experiments by other members and how they did this. Good luck to you.

The price for that 8-pack is so reasonable, that in a pinch, 2 cells could be wired in parallel and inserted as a single series-cell in the 88-cell Pack. There is a plastic clamp in a side bracket holding the positive cable--that clamp must be loosened or pulled out in order to allow the cable to move. Maybe a voltmeter would help determine if the 20A jack wired to the 15A breaker is really carrying 240V due to wiring 2 single breakers from separate legs in the breaker box?

Martin [ME68] might have an extra cell--he bought a used module to replace one cell when his went down.
