Re: how many miles after a full charge ....

Answering your question with the same answer as the previous reply, just saying the same thing in a slightly different way.... The Range remaining indicator is not telling you exactly how many miles you can travel, rather it is saying "This is the computer's best guess based upon the previous 1...

Re: How Well Does My Remaining Range Compare With Other Older Cars?

My wife gets similar results on her 39,000 mile i-miev, but she readily admits that she's a putt-putter. She's very easy on the throttle and rarely exceeds 45mph. She never uses the interstate. When I drive the car I get on the interstate and drive 70-75 with the A/C on. After I've been in it it ret...

I don't really care if everybody has it. Because I'm getting ready to put one of my i-miev's up for sale! More on that later.

Re: A new used owner

Congratulations Evie, and welcome to the i-miev forum. You're post caught my eye because I recently sold my #3 i-miev that I didn't have a driver for. When I saw your post "A new used owner", my first thought was that you might be the one who bought my little E-V. But you're not him. We're...

Re: Trailer Hitch Installation

I just bought one for one of my imiev’ s and it was delivered about three weeks ago but I haven’t installed it yet. Every weekend it’s been cold wet and yucky, so I’m procrastinating until better weather arrives.

Re: Has anyone car dolly towed i-MiEV?

That must be your Dad's Christmas gift you told me about??? Too Bad about the breakdown issues you had. But good to know the law enforcement officers were ok with everything. I use a set of lights hung out of the front windows just over the folded mirrors. I promised JoeS several times I was going t...

Re: Want one, but cautious. Opinions please.

Don, does that mean it’s 10 years for all i-MIEV cars or only 2014 models and newer? Dealer told me I only had 8 years. Mitsubishi made this change in 2014 but retroactively affecting all I-miev's in the U.S. Your dealer may be looking up the original warranty on the vehicle. You know many of them ...

Re: Want one, but cautious. Opinions please.

Hello Damnhippie, Just wanted to make sure you understand that the smart car does not come with a battery. The battery is provided as a lease only. Yes you can buy the car, but you must continue to lease the battery. Another reason that I chose to jump in here was to invite you to my listing. I have...

Re: 240V Charging and Extension cables (Amazing-E)

BradleyDavidGood777, You are correct. The RV extension cord you refer to is designed to handle a 50 amp load. These are for Large motorhomes that have two air conditioners as well as all the other power used by the motorhome and they are not cheap. They are not the extension cords you use to run a s...
