I ended up pulling the back seats out in order to get to screw that attaches the lever. Found that the open end of a 10mm wrench fits the flats on the adjuster bar. Installed the seats and when I have to adjust the seat I use the 10mm wrench, it works. Have not gone by the local Mitsui dealer to see...

My 2012 iMiev, the back seat lever on the left side will not adjust the angle of the back seat rest. There is not enough room to back out the screw holding the adjustment lever. Has anyone come up with a work around for this?

There is a cutout for the airbag.

Being a fuzzy rug type material there is not that much reflection. At certain angles it makes the windshield look like it has a light film like it has the film that cars will get over time. It is not so bad to impair vision.
For me it has not been an issue.
