Re: Car not turning on

Yes, with all other diagnostics, etc. they’ve had the car over a week waiting on the battery.

Re: Car not turning on

So, it was the 12v. Are these special batteries? The dealer is charging me $400, and had to ship the battery in from somewhere?? Dangit. I was able to buy the side mirror on eBay for $75! This is a 2012.

sideview mirror

Hi Folks,

I am trying to replace the driver's side view mirror on my 2012 i-miev. I swiped the original on a dumpster, and it fell off. Does anybody know where to buy them?

Thanks!

Re: Safety Recall SR-14-007

I live 250 miles from nearest qualified service dealer. Mitsubishi allowed me to use my roadside assistance to get the car to the dealer (in Albuquerque), but I have to get it towed back. It's unfortunate the dealers in El Paso texas are not certified! Do you think I should demand they tow it back?...

Incredible. The i-miev is incredibly fun to drive. It has awesome acceleration in town. Being a small car with great acceleration is why its so fun, I think. Its too bad there was such minimal marketing.

Re: 2013 I-MiEV

I just received a call from the salesperson who sold me the i-miev in Albuquerque. He says that Mittsubishi is discontinuing the i-miev. Is that right? I am not convinced that this guy knows what he is talking about.

Re: Mitsubishi only sold 127 i electric cars in April

Mitsubishi only sold 127 i electric cars in April despite $10,000 dealer incentive http://green.autoblog.com/2013/05/01/mitsubishi-only-sold-127-i-electric-cars-in-april-despite-10-00/ It doesnt matter what they do, they just can't sell this car. Why??? One reason for the relatively poor April sale...

Re: Tax credit 2013

Well, they delivered it to me (250 miles). But it was 20,505 + 695.33 (tax & license) + dealer service transfer fee (297.50)=21,498.33

Of course, this is before the 7,500. Put that in there, and it brings me below 14,000.
