Mitsubishi and SolarCity form deal for New Zealand Mitsubishi i-Miev Owners
SolarCity New Zealand and Mitsubishi New Zealand announced today that they have formed a national partnership to offer each i-MiEV owner (from this date forward) a high efficiency rooftop solar system.

Mistubishi installs solar powered charging at their headquarters
On July 7th this year, Mitsubishi launched solar-powered charging stations at their North American headquarters in Cypress CA. The charging station includes two 110-volt charging ports, one 220-volt charging port, and one CHAdeMO quick charger.

Mitsubishi sales increase for 11th month in a row
Mitsubishi reported sales of 7972 unites in July 2011, that’s up over 41% over July 2010. Mitsubishi says the Outlander Sport had the biggest sales month ever as consumers are drawn to it’s fuel efficiency and performance.
